Calls can be blasted—sent to multiple phones at once—or sequentially forwarded until the call is answered. For those calls where voice mail is reached, an email notification with the voice mail as an attachment can be triggered. Additionally, selective treatment of calls is available. For example, calls from major accounts can be forwarded at all times, while calls from other clients forwarded only between the hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
