Feature Application
Voicemail to Email When Michelle receives a voicemail, the system sends an email notification with the message attached as a .wav file.  While out of the office, she uses her Blackberry to play the message.
Visual Voicemail

Eve is a busy executive who uses the web portal to manage her messages.  From the message list , she clicks to play, forward, save, or delete a message.  To return a call, she uses clicks-to-dial. 

Web Portal Kim uses the web portal to configure the advanced features available with Loud & Clear. She enters contacts into her personal address book.  She creates a VIP list of people whose calls are always forwarded to her.  And she initiates conference calls.
Personal Phone Number EZ-Tech provides its executives and sales people personal phone numbers. This allows customers to call them directly, bypassing the auto-attendant. 
Personal Auto-AttendantJason his phone configured so that when he is unavailable, the caller is given three options: 1) wait while the call connects to his cell phone, 2) immediately leave a message, or 3) press 1 to be connected to a his assistant.
Distinctive Ring Nicole has setup her phone so that the ring is different for internal and external phone calls. This allows her to quickly tell when it is a potential customer on the line.
Click to CallBrad spends his day on the phone. His company has integrated their CRM system with Loud & Clear. Rather than manually dialing each number, he uses click-to-call. To make life even easier, he uses click-to-call from the call log and with the personal contacts he has loaded into the web portal.
Group Call PickupSimple Software's policy is that phone calls are always answered by an individual.  To answer an unattended ringing phone, a sales team member simply presses the Call Pickup button and the call is automatically transfered to their line.   
Phone Log Mark is a real estate broker. For each property, he uses a unique phone number.  The call logs allows him to easily track calls on each property and to return missed calls using click-to-call. 
Bridged Line AppearanceHugh uses bridged line appearance to have his direct line appear on his assistant’s phone. When he is in a meeting or out of the office, his assistant answers calls to his line.
Call Park

Dave receives an important call in his noisy cubical.  To conduct the call in the quite of the conference room, he parks the call.  He then enters the quite of the conference room and retrieves the call.

Find-Me/Follow-Me George has configured Find-Me/Follow-Me so that after 4 rings, all calls forward to his cell phone.  This week he will be on the West coast.  To insure he is not awoken in the early hours of the morning, he restricts the time window for this feature from 10:00 am EST to 10:00 pm EST.
VIP ListAs CEO, Julia has given her direct line to the company's top 5 accounts.  She has created a VIP list with these companies and configured specific Find-Me/Follow-Me rules for the list.  As a result, calls from these clients are forwarded to her cell phone at all times, while calls from other parties are forwarded only during business hours.
ConferenceDiego has a conference call scheduled with his field staff at 2:00 pm.  Several of the team members are habitually tardy. Through the web portal he selects the people.  The system then creates a conference call and dials each individual, thereby eliminating the excuse of I forgot what time it was.
