Loud & Clear offers phone service for small and medium sized businesses.  We are unique because we provide advanced features—auto-attendant, hunt groups, music on hold, voicemail to email—without requiring you to operate and maintain a PBX system at your location.

With Loud & Clear, the advanced functionality is located on our system.  You access it through your phone (much in the same way you access voicemail or conference calling from a cell phone).  The advantages of this approach are better functionality, lower costs and fewer distractions—we manage the phone system so that you can focus on your business.

Loud & Clear was founded upon a few simple premises:

  1. Companies have a significant opportunity to both save money and create value through the use of new telecom technologies.  Unfortunately, understanding and then managing these technologies is time consuming and difficult.
  2. For most companies, mastery of the esoteric intricacies of telecom is a low priority.  In other words, they need to focus on their business, not the phone business.
  3. The gap between the opportunity to save money and create value and the resources available to devote to the phone system creates an opportunity.  Loud & Clears mission is to fill this gap.  As telecom experts, we leverage our knowledge to build value for our clients and at the same time enable them to reduce their expenses. 

Our Values
The principals of Loud & Clear have successfully delivered technology as a service to businesses since 1995.  Over the years we have gleaned a few important lessons.  These lessons form the foundation of our values at Loud & Clear:

Focus on Service—There are few things more frustrating than dealing with a poorly supported service that is critical to your business.  Our solution is to take a high touch approach.  This means we are there to guide you along every step of the way.  It also means that we staff our company with knowledgeable people who have the training and tools needed to be effective problem solvers.  A high touch approach enables our clients to benefit from our expertise and to avoid common missteps that often lead to disappointment.

Simplicity—Technology can be daunting, confusing, and complex.  Our role is to make technology simple and to shield our clients from its complexities.  This means building solutions that are easy to use.  It also means that when complexity is unavoidable (as it sometime is), we assume the responsibility for executing the task.

Build Partnerships—Successful, long term relationships evolve when trust is established between two companies.  This means working hand-in-hand with the client to understand their needs, educate them about what can and equally important, what can not be done, crafting solutions that create value, and honesty when a service or alternative is a poor fit.  It means conducting oneself as if you are part of the client's team.
